I had a great experience overall! The room was clean, and I loved the comfortable bed. Plus, I appreciated the iron and ironing board available in the cupboard, which made it easy to freshen up my clothes. The 24-hour pharmacy next door came in handy when I needed toothpaste. Definitely a big win!

Excellent breakfast and convenient location
I stayed for two nights in a Family Room, and I was truly impressed by the breakfast, which featured freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. The location was perfect for my needs, with numerous restaurants nearby and a handy 24-hour pharmacy right next door. However, the staff could improve on their friendliness. a warm welcome goes a long way in enhancing the experience.

I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread and the family room was super cozy for us. The hotel also had a nice pool and a relaxing lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was that one of our rooms wasn't ready on time, but it didn't ruin our stay overall. 😌

The family room offered a spacious layout, and the breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of options, including fresh salmon. However, the service lacked warmth, as staff seemed disengaged, which affected the overall experience. On a positive note, the nearby Menuderia is a must-visit for its delicious menudo and complimentary refills.

Just a decent option for a quick stopover in Tijuana with incredible value for money. The staff was friendly and responsive when I had questions about the area. Be careful when crossing the busy street outside the hotel.

While the modern decor was nice, the service and cleanliness fell short. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was impressive, offering a decent variety. However, dirty towels and slow check-in were disappointing. Overall, it's a mixed bag but could work for a short stay.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
During our two-night stay, we enjoyed the cozy Queen Room, but the external noise was disruptive at times. Breakfast had delightful options. the fresh fruit was a highlight. For a better experience, request a room away from the street and inquire about bedding preferences.

Couples looking for a getaway
Rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly, especially when they offered to help with our bags like we were VIPs. The shower was hot – just what we needed after a long day, made it feel like heaven.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.
